We are excited to offer a conference format that allows for accessibility for all members as well as ensuring opportunities for in-person connections.

Day 1 will be hosted 100% online. We’re excited to offer a conference that is accessible for members to join from anywhere! All sessions will be hosted on a virtual events platform primed for content sharing. The platform offers live captioning, session replay, and much more to support members in engaging with the content and connecting with conference delegates from anywhere!
January 30: Connections & Awards (In-person @ Fairmont Vancouver)
Day 2 will be packed with opportunities to connect in-person with colleagues, clients, and partners in BC’s transportation sector through site tours, workshops, networking, and the BC Transportation Consulting Engineers Awards!

Are all conference sessions online?
Yes! Day 1 of the Transportation Conference will be hosted 100% online. We’re excited to be able to make the conference accessible for members to join from anywhere!
All sessions will be hosted on a virtual events platform primed for content sharing. The platform includes live closed captioning, video calling, virtual networking, and much more to support members in engaging with the content and connecting with conference delegates from anywhere!
Will you be recording the sessions?
Yes! All sessions on Day 1 (Jan 29) will be recorded and access to the recordings will be available for up to 3 months following the conference.
How do I attend the virtual event?
To attend the virtual conference all you need is a webcam, internet connection, and a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended).
