Will you be recording the sessions?

Yes! All sessions will be recorded and access to the recordings will be available for up to 3 months following the conference.
Note: day passes are not eligible for session recordings.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes we do. You are eligible for a student pass if you have a current student ID from a post-secondary institution and register using your school email.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

You may request a refund or transfer of ticket up to January 15, 2020. After this date we cannot exchange or refund any tickets.

What do I need to attend the virtual event?

To attend the virtual conference, all you need is a internet connection and a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended). You will receive login details a 7 days prior to the conference.
